PAYMENT INFORMATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment & Additional Rates:

Please note that any booking over $500 must be paid by e-transfer or Paypal. We will take your credit card information in the reservation process then we will send you the e-transfer or Paypal payment information when your reservation is confirmed. Thank you!

A deposit is required to hold a reservation - reservations without a deposit will be released 72 hours before arrival

For Debit or Cash payments, please email us to arrange for a deposit

Daily rates are per family (2 adults & up to 3 children)

Additional person(s) – $5 per night

Weekly and Monthly rates are only available when qualifying consecutive days are booked in advance - weekly and monthly rates are not available for stay extensions (i.e. if you book for 5 days then extend 2 more days, you do not qualify for a weekly rate)

Early - Late Check-in/out – $15 allows you to check-in as early as 11:00 and extends check out to 3 pm (Based on availability - not available July/August)

Extra charges may apply for extra vehicles, additional tents and a number of other items so please feel free to tell us about your specific needs

Cancellation Policy:

Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours notice prior to check-in time (2:00 pm) on your arrival date for a refund

LONG WEEKENDS - 7 days cancellation notice is required for a refund

YURT / TRAILERS / FULL SERVICE / PUMP OUT SITES - 14 days cancellation notice is required for a refund

No refunds or cancellations can be made for inclement weather

All reservation cancellations are subject to a $25.00 + HST processing fee

Online booking fees are non-refundable

Those who give less than 72 hours notice forfeit their deposit

Those who do not show for their reservation owe for their entire stay

Upon your arrival no refunds will be issued if you choose to leave early.

A $5.00 alteration fee will be charged for any decrease in days booked before your arrival date.
